RESPONSE® Textured Soy Protein Concentrates help manufacturers produce more differentiated ground meats and meat alternative products. 

RESPONSE® Concentrates provide discreet, particulate pieces giving a more open texture, clean  flavor and improved functionality. When hydrated, RESPONSE® Textured Soy Protein Concentrates mimic the texture and appearance of meat fibers, and can be used to extend or replace meat or fish.  RESPONSE® Textured Soy Protein Concentrates are 69% protein minimum, and are offered in a wide range of sizes, shapes and colors suited to a range of applications.  Ranging in size from a 1-3 mm flake to a 2.7 mm irregular chunk, in both colored and uncolored varieties, RESPONSE® Soy Protein Concentrates are easily integrated into standard meat processing methods.  They are suitable for use in  ground meats, beef, poultry, pork and seafood, and can also been used to add protein content to ready-to-eat cereals and nutrition bars. Vitamin and mineral fortified versions are also available where required.

Many RESPONSE® Textured Soy Protein Concentrates are available as standard or Identity Preserved, Non-Genetically Modified (IP NonGM) varieties.
