PROCON® Soy Protein Concentrates are recommended when protein enhancement is needed, combined with limited functionality. They can be used to aid in forming of products, reduce water loss or increase the viscosity of a mix. Functionally, the PROCON® range absorbs water, but should not be used in applications where high gelation and fat emulsification is required.
Many PROCON® Soy Protein Concentrates are available as standard or Identity Preserved, Non-Genetically Modified (IP NonGM) varieties.
