The PROBAT™ 800 range has been specifically developed to add consistency to the traditional process of making Tvarog whilst improving functionality and giving a mild lactic acid flavor.
With a faster fermentation time than standard Tvarog cultures, but sufficient gas formation to have good floating and good diacetyl levels, PROBAT™ 800 gives a mild acidic taste which is creamy, buttery and pleasant.
