ALPHA^®Functional Soy Protein Concentrates are spray-dried powdered proteins, minimum 67 percent protein (dry basis).

They provide superior water- and fat-binding and forming properties, compared to competitive soy protein concentrates, in a wide range of meat and meat alternative products. ALPHA^® Functional Soy Protein Concentrates are high-performing products that are optimized for cost and functionality.

Many varieties of ALPHA^® Functional Soy Protein Concentrates are available as Identity-Preserved, Non-Genetically Modified (IP NonGM). Some varieties are fortified with additional vitamins and minerals making them suitable for use in products for the US National School Lunch Program.
