SUPRO® XT 55 Isolated Soy Protein is specifically designed to improve the profitability of RTD high-protein beverages, by helping beverage manufacturers more effectively manage protein costs. Now it is possible to replace up to 50% of the dairy protein in beverage formulations, without compromising sensory performance or protein nutrition.

In addition to being lactose free, our soy protein ingredients offer excellent flavor, mouthfeel and dispersibility. SUPRO® XT soy protein ingredients are specifically tailored to function optimally in dry blended beverages, ready-to-drink (RTD) neutral or acidic beverages, delivering a wide range of protein levels. Products with an equivalent protein to calcium ratio as dairy protein are available to simplify formulation when using in conjunction with or replacement of dairy proteins.
