DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences offers a wide range of liquefaction, saccharification and isomerization products, backed by our applications laboratories in the US, China and Europe. We work closely with our customers to create new enzyme products by applying our innovative biotechnology platforms to their custom equipment, process and substrates.

Our experienced professionals provide technical support to enable our wet milling customers to optimize production of HFCS, high dextrose and high maltose syrups. Our starch processing enzyme technology contributes to energy, water, and chemical reduction by increasing dry solids, reducing process temperatures, reducing costly process pH adjustments, and improving filtration efficiencies.
