Seminar on Food Safety Continuum – Challenges and Opportunities

Association of Food Scientists and Technologists, Chennai Chapter and Centre for Food Technology, Anna University, organizes a one-day seminar on Food Safety Continuum – Challenges and Opportunities.

Safe food is of paramount importance as it is an unstated requirement of the consumer. The seminar will cover the following aspects of Food Safety in detail by experts from academia, industry and regulatory authorities:
