21st edition of CBL (Congrès du Club des Bactéries Lactiques)

Date: 14 - 16 June ,  Location: Grand Palais, Lille, France 

The CBL congress is a scientific event that has been bringing together researchers and researchers from the public sector and agri-food industry for 30 years to discuss the advances made in the field of lactic bacteria. Since the creation of this colloquium, the public institutions involved in this scientific event have been the National Institute for Agronomic Research (INRA), the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the French Research Institute for the Exploitation of The Sea (IFREMER) and universities. The objectives were to bring together French speaking laboratories developing research activities focused on the biology of lactic bacteria and microbes.

DuPont are proud to return to the congress with Jean-Philippe Obert, BioProcess Group Manager - Cultures Manufacturing Technology giving a talk entitled ‘Enabling Lactic Acid Bacteria commercial solutions building on DuPont N&H capabilities’ on Thursday June 15 from 14.00 – 14.30.
